Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs or other fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer. (In some cases Naab Design selects duty-paid shipping methods)
How do we handle returns and exchanges at Naab Design?
PLEASE EMAIL US at email@example.com PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY PRODUCTS!
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product is received.
ANY RETURNS OR PROBLEMS THAT OCCUR BECAUSE OF AN ERROR ON OUR PART WILL BE HANDLED AT OUR EXPENSE. (You need to send pictures of the problem within 7 days after the product has been received to firstname.lastname@example.org and get confirmation from our staff)
We accept returns in case the delivered item differs from the ordered item, and please make sure to check the measurement table before you order since returns regarding sizing issues are not accepted.
WE DO NOT REFUND ORDERS FOR BUYER’S REMORSE.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
We will ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to email@example.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, by asking you to confirm your address or get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
